Logo // Standard
You may use the CanZell Realty logo for purposes expressly authorized by CanZell Realty and your use must: comply with the most up-to-date version of these guidelines and with any other terms, conditions, or policies that CanZell Realty may issue from time to time that applies to the use of the logo. You may not alter the CanZell Realty logo in any manner, including but not limited to, changing the proportion, color, font, or adding or removing any element(s) to or from the logo.
Logo // Commerical
The Canzell Realty Commercial Division logo may be used on commercial property marketing.
Logo // Luxury
The Canzell Realty Luxury Division logo may be used on high-end luxury property marketing.
Logo // Alt
The alternate Canzell Realty logo may be used in a limited amount of applications. Depending on the circumstance the alternate logo may appear as a more simple and clean version when embroidered or etched.
Logo // One Color
The one color Canzell Realty logo may be used on dark backgrounds and as an overlay fpr photos. White, black, and Red solid colors must be used and are included in all logo kits above.
Logo // Spacing
In order to maintain consistency in usage, it is always important that the CanZell Realty logo mark be used the same way every time, and always given the proper amount of surrounding clear space in order to avoid it being lost on the page or in the layout. The following rules apply to the proper amount and usage of clear space to be around the logo mark at all times. At no such time is the clear space to be violated by copy or graphic elements of any kind.
Improper Use
The CanZell Realty Real Estate logo should never be used alone without your logo being somewhere on the page. The following exaples show some of the possible misuses of the CRRE logo. To ensure correct, consistent usage, always follow these examples.
Do NOT reproduce the Canzell Realty logo in any colors other than those specified in this guide.
Do NOT condense, stretch, elongate, or distort the logo in any way.
Do NOT use background colors that inconsistent with brand standards.
